Welcome
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed or weighed down by events of the past? Maybe you have been struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive thoughts or perfectionism and it is starting to impact your work and relationships.
You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I provide support to individuals in Holladay and am here to listen, understand and empathize with your experiences. I have genuine care and respect for each of my clients and it is important to me that you feel safe and heard. With compassion and empathy, I can help you explore what patterns are holding you back and guide you toward healing, resilience and a better understanding of yourself.
